Appraisals
The most important step when selling or buying is proper pricing. A competent appraisal will provide an unbiased opinion of market value and/or anticipated sale price. An appraisal can be a good marketing tool and may also be used for financing purposes. Real estate agents/brokers in Oregon are not allowed to do appraisals. Appraisers in Oregon must be licensed or certified by the State. Andrew Lilly is the only certified/designated appraiser in Union County and has been appraising in the County longer than any other appraiser.
